Food Hall - Open Space (Minimum 2m) - £75.00 (inc VAT) per 2 metre stand
Additional frontage is available - multiples of 2m (i.e. 2m, 4m, 6m etc)
Please note within both the Food Hall each stand is a Fixed Depth of 2 metres..
All Indoor stands are space only on grass (large open span Marquees). There are no trade spaces on hard standing available.
Extras
Electricity, Tables and Chairs are not provided, but can be Hired, Please see below :- please remember to add required item(s) to your Application Form when Booking.
Please note electricity, tables and chairs can not be supplied on the day of the show..
Electricity: £62.00 (inc VAT) per connection
Table: £12.50 (inc VAT) per table
Chair: £4.70 (inc VAT) per chair

When you return your application with payment, we will be in touch to confirm allocated space - with Invoice/Receipt.
IMPORTANT: ALL TRADE STANDS MUST BE PAID FOR BEFORE 1ST JULY 2026, IF NOT YOUR SPACE WILL BE REALLOCATED.
Please note that we have many more applications each year than space available, so unfortunately we cannot guarantee space will be offered.
All stands must have public liability insurance and must complete a risk assessment form.
